I am so happy! Kathy has made me so happy by taking care of us and everything with the sale of our home! We are so pleased!

As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated Kathy's patience and thoroughness in helping me navigate the process. She knows the area, the old and new neighborhoods, school districts, etc... I also found Kathy to be a great communicator and very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about her. If you need a realtor, definitely give Kathy a call!

Kathy (and George!) were awesome to work with. She was very honest and helpful in the whole process especially trying to buy a house from out of state. She was flexible and available as much as possible and really spent a lot of time making sure we were happy.

Kathy was hands down the best! She not only helped us find the perfect home and stayed on top of negotiations with the worst sellers ever, but gave us so many great recommendations for financing and home repair. She made the entire process of buying a home a lot less stressful. Honestly if I'd had any other realtor I would have given up the fight for my home and ended up settling for one I didn't love.

Kathy was incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process of selling my home. She walked me through all the processes to make it simple and always communicated with updates on the process. The house got listed and sold quickly. 5/5 recommend.
